Hiring
CCS hires cleaners close to the site to be serviced, reducing difficulties for them, and turnover for us. We qualify a new cleaner in an interview that determines their experience and ability to communicate, and we insist on a background security check.
Training
Our Supervisors train new cleaners over a period of days as they begin working on site. We have a general Work Plan covering all areas to be cleaned, and Work Instructions covering cleaning methods. In addition, cleaners are instructed in Health and Safety, Customer Relations, and in the proper maintenance of equipment. Supervisors work alongside them until they are confident new employees can work independently, safely, and to customer satisfaction. Our Training Matrix covers a total of eight hours of training over the first two weeks on site.
