Quality Assurance
Commercial Cleaning Services is currently working with the Cleaning Industry Management Standards (CIMS) towards certification in 2009 to assure you of quality service through third-party assessment.
Our Quality Plan describes the supervision, inspection, and electronic scoring reports by which we give you our assurance of quality. CCS implements three levels of supervision and inspection:
- Account Managers make unscheduled visits to sites
- Our Quality Manager makes formal scheduled inspections
- Our Supervisors inspect sites most frequently and “on the ground.”
Our Account Managers work with you to set the parameters of quality service at start-up, and they are your key CCS management contact thereafter.
Our Quality Manager does scheduled inspections, and uses our formal Quality Inspection Report – an Excel file we share with you that produces an actual “score” for the site. He also prepares Quality Improvement Plans when those are needed.
Our Supervisors are on site weekly, and use our paper report and customer “logs” when inspecting sites. The Supervisor’s report tells our cleaners where they have done well, and where they need to improve.
