Communications

We keep the lines of communication open at all times. This is a very important tool for a successful service. Regular communication between COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES and the Client normally will take place in the form of:

  1. Log books placed on various sites for the daily recording (if necessary) of minor concerns and messages. Messages are checked daily by employees, supervisors and acknowledged by management's initials.
  2. An Account Manager, who may be reached at any time during the day and can respond on site within 15 minutes.
  3. A COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICES representative who will make a scheduled site visit in accordance with the contract requirements. This may be a Supervisor, an Account Manager, or our Manager of Quality Assurance.

Our Management Team, and the Account Manager assigned to you are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to address any customer concerns. You can have us respond to your needs by:

  1. Calling our office between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30 p.m. during which time our office staff will answer any questions and relay messages to supervisors or Account Managers immediately.
  2. Calling the On-site Supervisors who will have cell phones or radios for an instant connection.
  3. Calling your Account Manager's cellular telephone for an immediate response.
